Heritage Provence, with 275 homes, is a Covenant Community

 All homeowners in the community signed a document during closing, agreeing to follow a series of rules or covenants regarding what is allowed or not allowed in the community.  These covenants describe, among other things, what is acceptable for upkeep or improvement of the houses and properties of the neighborhood- essentially describing a standard for how our community looks from the outside. One of the driving forces for covenants is to protect the value of homes in the community.

  Protective covenants are in place regulating minimum home size and design features throughout the neighborhood.  The covenants also define maintenance requirements, landscape requirements and general standards of conduct for residents of the community.
